We are in the early planning stages of preparing for Christmas and colder weather. It is a 'must do' now in order to have things ready for the surge of people we expect to see this coming winter.

Some of the cold-weather items we anticipate needing for men and women are listed below. We ask that these be new items and not part of the regular process of donations because these items will be given as Christmas presents to encourage people who are experiencing homelessness and living in a shelter temporarily.

Thermal tops and bottoms

hoodies, gloves and winter hats, socks, boots

Raincoats and ponchos

Hand and foot warmers

Flannel long sleeve shirts

Underwear all sizes

All-weather bags

Sleeping bags winter tarps and Tents

Please bring these items to the main door - The Welcome Center door - at 1331 S. Jefferson (entrance just off Davis Road) and let us know these are for the Christmas presents.
